Experience Synopsis
Peter has over 40 years of professional experience managing large, complex, and technically oriented industrial, commercial, and infrastructure development projects in the USA, Europe, Africa, and Asia. He has participated in three small company start-ups, two of which were successful.
Peter has managed software development projects that include the development of an expert system for use in operating nuclear power plant control rooms, a bespoke database application that is used during the implementation of engineering of industrial projects, quality control of an ecommerce web-site that was used for delivery of online credit reports, and the validation of a dynamic simulation modeling system that is used to predict transient responses of large fossil-fuel-fired power plants.
He has investigated and analyzed investment opportunities for acquisition of a privately held water company in the Sierra Mountains, the development of a grass-roots galena mine in Nigeria, and the development of a resort on the west shore of Lake Tahoe in California.
Peter resides halftime in Marin County in California and halftime on the west shore of Lake Tahoe. He is semi-retired performing occasional consulting jobs for previous clients. He enjoys skiing, cooking, being with his friends and associates, and starting enjoyable worthwhile projects.
